If the order has not yet been produced, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase confirmation by contacting us at [email protected].

 

In exceptional cases, if there is any defect related to receiving the piece—such as a broken frame or damage during transport—contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt, sending photos and a description of the problem. Each situation will be analyzed individually and, if the defect is confirmed, the amount may be refunded or the piece remade.

 

In addition, we offer a 12-month warranty on the artwork itself, covering any flaws in the materials or the handcrafted process.

 

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, excessive exposure to sun or water, or accidents.
